After opening their creative kaiseki restaurant Den in Tokyo in 2014, husband-and-wife team Chef Zaiyu Hasegawa and General Manager Emi Hasegawa quickly rose to fame. With notoriously exclusive reservations, the restaurant has earned two Michelin stars from 2018 to 2020 and landed at No. 11 on the 2019 World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. The couple will discuss some of the restaurant's most intricate dishes, the art of Japanese hospitality and the importance of the Japanese service concept called omotenashi with ICE students.
